Shipping and payment

Thank you for choosing Orwell to purchase your motorcycle goods, we use FedEx UK to ship parcels within England and Wales and we use Royal Mail for Scotland, N.Ireland, Isle of Man and other Islands and also for small or light parcels anywhere in the UK.

We only ship within the UK

Orders are usually held until all parts are complete and then posted together in one delivery.

Your credit card details are processed directly by Sage Pay (previously called Protx) and are not stored for future use.

We now also accept PayPal payments, from within the Sage Pay payment screen.

For your added protection we participate in the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure code schemes.

Payment is taken at time of ordering, not at time of despatch.  All money paid will be refunded if item/s are no longer available.
