As
with many premium products trying before buying helps the consumer
understand why spending the extra money is justified.
From June 2010,
initially operating up and down the country via 28 specially selected
Arai Five Star dealers and featuring the class-leading race-bred Arai
RX-7 GP and brand new Arai Quantum, the Ride Before You Buy programme
allows potential Arai customers to spend time in the two
top-of-the-range Arai helmets out in the real world, on the road, in a
variety of situations. Prior to the ride customers will be properly
sized and fitted by the dealer to ensure a correct and comfortable fit. Full payment is required before riding away.
The RX-7 GP is the most
technologically advanced motorcycle helmet Arai has ever produced; it
easily surpasses ECE 22-05 and is the first (and only) helmet to meet
Snell M2010, offering far superior head protection for motorcyclists.
Utilizing many of the RX-7 GP’s race-developed design and safety
features with added road-focussed civility the Quantum is the most
accomplished all-round helmet available.
